Welcome to our community. At Breathe…more, we strongly believe in our students and our community, as we explore and learn with, and from, each other.
MAY WE…..DO YOGA? YES!!! During this month of May, we offer many ways to “do” yoga. Our Wednesday class at 1:00 pm. will become a YIN Yoga class….poses held for 3 to 5 minutes, primarily on the mat, to promote fascia release. This class is suitable for beginners, for seniors, or even for folks with a physical practice who need a little more balance (who doesn’t need balance???) Also in May, in addition to our regular class schedule (click on the Schedule at right) we offer a 4 week Core Chaos Class beginning Saturday May 5th at 7:45 a.m….to get your body ready for the summer season!
We are also delighted to introduce a Community Yoga Class on Tuesdays beginning May 1st from 1-2:00 pm…and further delighted to introduce Bobbi Jo Harvey. Bobbi Jo is a yoga teacher with her 250 hour certification from Yoga Vidya Gurukul University in India, where she studied Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga. Bobbi is also a massage therapist and avid outdoorswoman, who loves water and worked for years as a whitewater rafting guide. This Community Class is FREE to the public…but donations, in any amount, are gratefully accepted.
